Who we are
Agent Office LLC, a Texas limited liability company, runs agentoffice.work. You can reach us through the contact address.
When you visit this website
- No cookies, no analytics, no tracking. The site sets no cookies and uses no browser storage, runs no analytics or tag manager, and has no tracking pixels, advertising, social buttons or embedded content.
- Nothing from anyone else. Every file on every page (text, styles, images, the one small script on the evaluation page) comes from agentoffice.work itself. The site's security policy tells your browser to refuse anything else.
- No referrer. When you follow a link from this site to another site, your browser does not tell that site which of our pages you came from.
- The host. The site is served by Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver each page and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes the technical details of every request: your IP address, the address you asked for, the time, your browser's user-agent string, and the referring page if your browser sends one. We have not turned on Cloudflare's web analytics or any other visitor-measurement feature. Our Cloudflare account shows us aggregate traffic figures, such as request counts; we do not export or keep logs of individual visits. How long Cloudflare keeps its own records is governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy.
The evaluation request form
The form on the evaluate page does not send anything to us or to any server. It opens your own email app with a message filled in. Nothing is sent until you press Send there, and then it is an ordinary email from you.
When you email us
- What we receive: what you write, your name and email address, and the technical headers every email carries.
- What we use it for: to answer you and, for an evaluation, to issue and record the grant. We do not sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.
- Evaluation requests: the request email, with what you told us about your role, your machine, your models, your team and your IT provider, is used only to decide on and prepare the grant. We delete it within 90 days after we issue or refuse the grant.
- Evaluation records: once a grant is issued, we keep only its record: your business's name, the contact's name and email address, the start and end dates, and the dates we issued download links. We keep it for 24 months after the end date and then delete it, unless you buy a licence, when it becomes part of your licence record.
- Questions and support requests: please send only what the question needs, with secrets and personal data removed. We use what you send only to answer you, and delete it within 90 days after we close the request.
- Where it is kept: mail to our address passes through Cloudflare Email Routing, which forwards it to the company mailbox, and it is stored there by the email service that holds that mailbox.
When you download a release
Licensees and evaluators get a time-limited download link. The service that hosts the download records the IP address and time of each download, as any web server does. We use those records only to run and protect the download service, and where we control them we keep them for no more than 90 days.
The software itself
Agent Office sends nothing to us. It has no telemetry, no licence key, no activation and no update check, and it never contacts Agent Office LLC on its own. Everything on your machine is yours. The security summary lists everything the software sends elsewhere, and when.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, through the contact address. We will delete it unless we must keep it, for example as the record of a licence you hold.
Changes
If we change what we record, we update this page and its version date before the change takes effect.
