One licence per company, per year
Agent Office is licensed per company, for one instance on one dedicated machine, a year at a time. You run it, and you pay your model provider (or buy your own hardware) directly. There is no subscription to a hosted service, no activation and no key.

Prices exclude any sales tax. Model usage is not included: you pay your provider directly, or run models on hardware you own.
What every licence includes
The sizes differ only in how many people and AI employees they cover, and in review calls. No feature is held back for a bigger tier.

How the size is counted
By the people who sign in (logins with a role on the machine, not counting an IT partner's own logins) and the AI employees on the roster that are not archived. If you grow past your size, you move up at the next renewal, or earlier if you prefer.
Renewal
A licence runs for one year and renews for another year when the renewal fee is paid, at the list price then current. If you do not renew, you stop using the software and delete our material; your own data stays yours.
Support
Agent Office LLC is a small company. Support runs on business days, US Central Time, with the same targets for every tier and for our IT partners. These are targets, not a service-level agreement. There is no 24/7 cover, and the bigger tiers add review calls, not faster answers.

Support requests never need secrets or client personal data, and should never contain them.
Remote setup, if you want it
Optional. You can install Agent Office yourself, have your IT provider do it, or have us set it up remotely over your own tailnet, with your consent, before any client data is loaded.

What the first year costs, said plainly
The licence is not the whole first-year bill. This table adds the setup service and the machine each way of running models needs. It leaves out model spend with a cloud provider, electricity and your staff's time. Hardware prices were checked in September 2026 and change often.

- Cloud models: a refurbished business desktop or a 16 GB mini PC ($305 to $620); for Best, a 32 GB mini PC ($859). A 4 vCPU cloud VM instead costs about $98 to $147 a month, every year.
- Local models: a machine with a GPU of 24 GB or more. The card costs about $1,400 to $3,000; the rest of the machine is our estimate of $1,200 to $2,000, not a quoted price. Total $2,600 to $5,000.
- A cost that is not in dollars: if client material goes to a cloud model provider, rules such as those for tax preparers may require each client's written consent first. See for accounting firms.
How buying works
There is no online checkout. A licence is a written agreement, not a key.
Version 0.1.0 has no tagged release yet, so downloads begin when it is released. You can ask for a quote now.
- Ask for a quote, or evaluate first for 30 days.
- Someone who can bind your business accepts the quote in writing. A reply email is enough.
- We send a Licence Confirmation that names your business, the instance, the licence size and the dates, and a time-limited link to download the release.
- You install it. If you evaluated first, the same machine keeps running: no reinstall, no key, no data migration.
Through an IT provider. Our IT partners can sell, install and support Agent Office for you, and set their own prices.
